Do I need to make an appointment?
Advance reservations are highly recommended to secure your preferred treatment time and therapist, especially during weekends and peak periods.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome, subject to therapist and room availability.
Do you sell spa packages or memberships?
For our guests’ peace of mind and comfort, we do not practise package sales or hard selling. Guests can simply relax and enjoy their treatments without pressure or unnecessary upselling during their visit.
What should I arrive in?
Comfortable attire is recommended. Spa amenities and towels will be provided for your comfort during your visit.
